is a Spiritual Revolution that gives every person the opportunity to enjoy a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and participate in rapidly reproducing, Commission Churches, in the Ivanovo and surrounding Oblasts.

under the leadership and power of the Holy Spirit is to develop healthy reproducing cell and house churches, and healthy leadership teams in the Ivanovo Oblast by:

• Modeling and multiplying fervent prayer,
• Building healthy relationships to intentionally plant Churches,
• Identifying and reaching new people,
• Fostering spiritual vitality,
• Providing reproducible models for mentoring and leadership development

• Every person in the Ivanovo Oblast was engaged with the good news of God’s gift of abundant life before the year 2010.
• 30,000 (2%) CPM Christians in the Oblast were reproducing discipleship to the 4th generation.
• 5,000 CPM leaders and 5,000 CPM culturally relevant churches among the cities of the Oblast were reproducing themselves to the 4th generation.
• Christianity penetrated every segment of society from the powerless to the powerful, from the youngest to the oldest by the year 2010.
• Hopelessness was replaced by the joy of faith.
• The power of the Holy Spirit marked by miracles and wonders swept across the Oblast and the fear of the Lord fell upon the people.
• The Mafia lost influence and power in the Oblast.
• Society embraced Christian values, and alcoholism and substance abuse along with pornography became taboo.
• The Church Planting Movement spread to neighboring Oblasts.
• Reformation began among Russian Orthodox so that it could be said "Orthodox is Christian."
• Churches sent missionaries from Ivanovo for the purpose of expanding God’s kingdom among other cultures of the world.
